THE 2017 E.L.G.A. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING REVIEW.

Meeting held at Whalley G.C. - Mon 20th March.


(Captains / Presidents/ Secretaries are the usual attendees however any club member is also welcome to attend.)

ACCEPTANCES /  INPUTS
The meeting approved the 2016 Minutes.
The meeting approved the 2016 Accounts
Club fees retained at £200 for 18 Hole Clubs & £150 for 9 Hole Clubs.

Election of Officers:- Mr T Holt, President 2016/18.
Mr D Elliss - Secretary/Treasurer,
Mr A Dean - Assistant Sec.
Mr S Wyatt
Mr P Healey
Mr C Simpson
Mr J Walker

Secretaries Renumeration
Retained at 2016 Rate.

The Executive has two spaces for Executive Members who may be interested. ( Co-Option)

2017 E.L.G.A.Junior Team Players for the L.U.G.C. LEAGUE MATCHES need to register in order to be considered for selection. - See your Junior Organiser for Registration Forms.
Registrations required from March 2017. - Handicaps of 16 or Less.

NOTE - LUGC .TEAM MATCHES CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF JUNIOR REGISTRATIONS FOR 2017.
